We received a clear and detailed estimate. The contractor attended promptly at the agreed time, quickly executed the required works causing minimum disruption and tidied away before departing. All done with cheerful good humour.

This is the 2nd time that Alan helped to fix my property’s damp problem. The first time is the condensation damp in the corridor, and I am happy for his work. Everything looks well after a year. This time, is the rising damp in the living room. Alan explained clearly how he worked on it. The work lasted for 2 half days and he tidied up the room after plastering. Explained clearly things to bear in mind in redecorating the wall. I’m happy on his work, and definitely recommend him for any damp issues.

Our kitchen extension wall had damp due to a leak in the roof. Alan helped us to identify the problem and then recommended us roofers to fix the initial problem. He was extremely patient with us whilst we dealt with the initial leak and worked with us to find best dates etc. When undertaking the work Allan was timely, courteous, tidy and kept us well informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Alan made a thorough assessment and explained everything in detail before giving me a quote. He came when he said he would, kept to his word and processed requests promptly. He was a good worker, respecting and protecting my furniture and carpets. He kept me informed each step of the way. I have not decorated yet, but the plastering looks well done. He clearly has a lot of experience in the field. Alan cleared up well after the work, leaving the place in good condition. I would use his services again, should the need arise.

I was slightly hesitant on Able damp specialist’s as I hadn’t sourced out any other traders but glad I didn’t. From the initial quote to completing the works he ( Alan) didn’t disappoint. He’s knowledge/communication and attention to detail was spot on and made u feel at ease. He knew exactly what he was doing, and got on with the job with rectifying the rising damp in the hallway. He ran through everything clearly he had done after the job was completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and very pleased with the work carried out.
