    Will definitely be using Able Group again

    From the lady on the phone to the very nice electrician who replaced my bathroom pull switch I found them both very professional and was very pleased with the way everything went. The electrician arrived when they said he would and only took 15 minutes to do the job. I will definitely be using Able Group again in the future and will recommending you to friends and family.     AVOID THIS COMPANY !

    Called them out as RCD kept tripping and was told a price of £116 + vat for half hourly labour rate and a window slot of 9-1.30. Got a call just after 1 and engineer said he would be there in 45 mins. It took the engineer 2.5 hours to diagnose the fault which is not fixed. I ended up having to pay £696 and still need to call another electrician to actually fix the fault. I PERSONALLY WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY WHO SUBCONTRACT THE WORK AND CHARGE EXTORTIONATE RATES JUST TO DIAGNOSE NOT FIX

    Fast, efficient and friendly service

    Had an electrical emergency with some dangerous exposed wires caused by a DIY mishap, they sent out someone really fast and he was able to make everything safe quickly, which was a relief after my muck up! The electrician was friendly and explained everything in detail so even a layman could understand what needed to be done. Great service.
