    Responded very rapidly to my original phone call - company sent an electrician round that afternoon, who identified and resolved the problem pretty quickly, fully explaining to me what had caused the issue

    I called the office early in the morning, was give a time between 8 and 12 for an electrician to call. The electrician arrived around 9.00 and having checked the job, went to his van and even had the required part with him. Polite, efficient, rapid service
