    A Sunday problem resolved in 24 hours.

    A Sunday problem resolved in 24 hours. The good experience with Able Group started with being responsive on a Sunday and sorting a Monday morning appointment. The member of staff gave us an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time and quickly resolved our problem. A slight anxiety on Sunday resolved in less than 24 hours. That's good in my book.

    Boiler stopped working.

    Able were quick to send an engineer who diagnosed the boiler issue and put the boiler back in service.

    Quick and easy Gas

    I needed a gas engineer to service my gas boiler. I found the Checkatrade number in a Google search and gave them a call. They answered straight away and in 5 minutes I had an engineer booked to fix a small radiator leak 3 days later and also an engineer booked for heating service. I remembered that my radiator was covered by my house insurance and a quick phone call later the appointment for leak was cancelled. The Gas engineer was polite, called in advance with arrival time and I was happy with the work carried out. Thank-you goes to the call Centre and the engineer.
