    Toilet plumbing

    Very easy to book and could accommodate a specific period of hours in advance e.g morning between 8am to 12pm. The plumber was very efficient, great at communicating and explaining what the issue was. Was also very thorough and tested the wholwmsyste prior the leaving. Excellent service!

    Prompt efficient service and knowledgeable plumber

    I would absolutely use this company again. The communication was excellent, they sent a plumber to suit my own schedule, he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He even took the trouble to show me what the problem was so that I could sort it myself if the part should wear out again the future.

    In my outhouse the cold water feed to an old toilet started to leak

    I was able to call very late in the evening and spoke to a helpful lady who immediately booked a plumber for the next day, when the plumber arrived he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave me good advice in case of future leaks, the cold water feed was actually bypassing my water meter to my outhouse which he said I had a duty to report to Anglian Water, this I have done and they are coming out to inspect and hopefully shut off the supply so I will have no further leak issues as the lead pipes run under my property. After the visit I had peace of mind.
