Refused to take old Toilet Away Did not tell Me they don't do a proper Job before they took my Money

Spoke to Craig about a potential leak coming from the bottom of the toilet, came round same day to put our minds at rest. Polite, efficient and went the extra mile, highly recommended!

Craig laid out what work needed doing, quoted us, did the work well, kept us informed and completed it to a high standard as he replaced our outdoor pipes that had been poorly done.

Craig did a fantastic job replacing the p-trap for our washing machine. He arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand and completed the work efficiently. After finishing, he left the area clean and tidy. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Craig's pricing was fair, and I’ll definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
