  Jason's team, Hubert and Tom, carried out the removal of old soffits, fascias and gutters around our house and garage, and replaced them with uPVC. They also replaced old timber cladding to two dormers and replaced them with uPVC. Excellent work carried out, very good attention to detail and workmanship, and everything left clean and tidy everyday. I thoroughly recommend Able Roofing Effingham, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Jason and his team did a great job for us, not only replacing a flat roof but also replacing guttering and installing PVC fascia cladding. The team were great at clearing up after themselves each day, and the job was well supervised by Jason.

  Flat Roof Repairs

  The property has multiple flat roofs that had been poorly installed leading to water ingress in multiple areas. In contacting Jason he promptly visited the site. We discussed the problematic areas and a solution was reached. He had a quote that day. The following day he attended with his team Hubert and Tom. The team were focused, consistent and professional. They worked methodically and with the highest regard to their trade. Upon completion the work was exemplary. The job sites were always spotless and left in immaculate condition. Able Roofing provides the highest standard of work.

  Pitched Roof Renovation with new felt, battens, tiles and lead flashings

  Jason and his team Will, Joe and Liam did an excellent job of renovating the pitched roof on our 70 year old house. They worked steadily throughout, keeping us informed at every stage and tidying up at the end of each day. The end result looks wonderful and goes beyond expectations in the details - lead valleys and a guttering improvement. I have no hesitation in recommending Able Roofing for the the quality and conduct of their work at a reasonable price.

  Excellent prompt and professional service.

  Our 1930's pitched roof leaked and, having sought local recommendations, Jason at Able Roofing was the name that emerged. He inspected the problem area within 24hrs and, having agreed what I felt was a reasonable price, the work was programmed for four weeks hence. Hubert and Tom carried out the works under Jason's supervision. Both were always prompt, polite and worked efficiently. Any problem encountered was always met with a suggested solution and ultimately the works undertaken were less than originally envisaged. Jason reduced the price accordingly, which was greatly appreciated.
