Some radiators in the house weren’t receiving heat.
Steve was due to replace the radiator valve in my young daughter’s bedroom however he identified with his expertise that this was not needed after coming to my house and viewing the radiator. He advised on how to ensure there is a flow of water across all radiators in the house and didn’t charge a penny for his advice. Fitting of new taps in bathroom and kitchen. New plug fitted in bathroom.
Steve was a very professional, courteous tradesman. From the initial visit when he diagnosed the problems to when he actually came and did the work, the whole process was really smooth. He was very tidy and left no mess during the work. He even went over and above to come back at short notice when we had a leak in the kitchen sink the same evening as he did the work. Fixing radiator to wall.
