  Lean-to shed

  Dean constructed a new large shed in an unused alleyway to make use of some wasted space. It’s secure, watertight with a asphalt roof, and strong

  New structural roof

  Dean constructed a double pitch roof to my extension, including a valley gutter and four sky lights. We’d been held up on the build by snow, and Dean worked longer to get the roof completed quickly so that we could get the building waterproof sooner

  Doors, architrave, skirtings, partitions

  Dean hung 14 standard doors, 6 of which were in new frames which he’d installed. He also installed two large internal bi folds. We replaced all skirting and architraves in the house, which were done very well. He’d also constructed the partitions for a new en suite and our extension
