New shared water main for 4 houses
Dean from Above and Below Plumbing Services replaced the shared water supply for 4 terraced houses including ours. The work was carried out neatly and courteously and disruption was minimised. Found and fixed leak in external supply pipe
Dean came promptly the same day. He quickly continued our efforts to locate the supply pipe and detected the issue to be a faulty coupling that he then replaced. Water leak under floor
Victorian pipe was leaking under the floor. Dean was really quick to respond and immediately identified the problem. Having ordered the parts he then carried out the work promptly and efficiently. Water leak investigation.
A very careful assessment of the problem, acoustic and tracker gas leak detection. The problem was identified asa crack under the grass between the front fence and pavement. The site was excavated down to the pipe and replaced leak section of 3/4 pipe. The soil and grass were replaced, one will be hard puttisee were the work was done; very tidy.
