Contacted on 13 Aug , arranged work to be done 15 Aug. Price and work date agreed at the time. Arrived on time, described what he was going to do. Completed the work, tidied up and demonstrated how to use the ladder. Sent the invoice promptly.

Last year I was having a problem with my loft ladder and Gary came round to give me some advice. I decided to have it changed to make it easier for me to use and called Gary to arrange and fit it. I cannot praise him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to have work done on their loft. He is very nice, helpful and cleared up all the mess made afterwards. He also made sure that I was fully able to manage it before he left. Truly a great find!

Gary came out to fit a install a standard loft ladder but unfortunately our space wouldn’t allow for that. He offered an alternative solution of a telescopic loft ladder and did a great job of fitting that for us.

Gary fitted a new loft ladder for us and did a brilliant job. It was not straightforward due to our house configuration but he visited, listened to what we wanted and advised us on the best solution. He spent a day with us extending the loft access and fitting the ladder and was very professional. He gave us clear instruction on how to operate the new ladder and left the house cleaner than when he arrived. We would highly recommend using Above The Rest Loft Ladders.

Gary came and installed a loft ladder and some boarding for us. Honestly could not recommend him enough! The work was carried out to such a high standard, and much quicker than we anticipated for a very reasonable price. He also left the place extremely today after he finished.
