    Unprofessional company

    DO NOT EMPLOY THESE PEOPLE. The job was rushed so the plaster blew. We waited in three times for someone to come and repair it without success. After four months of waiting we asked again for the work to be completed and received an astonishingly rude response. It cost nearly half as much again to get someone competent in to fix it.

    Never turned up on 4 occasions

    I asked this company to inspect our property. I booked an appointment and they never turned up or contacted me to let me know they couldn’t come I ve made 3 additional appointments and they’ve neither had the courtesy of turning up or letting me know they weren’t coming - extremely unimpressed!!!

    Hi, we are sorry that we failed to make the appointment's made , in our defense we did have numerous issues at the time with our telephone and computer systems failing due to server issues, we also had covid restrictions that we was unsure wether we were allowed to enter other people's properties at the time ect.. We did not actually carry out any work at your property for you to judge on, we have very good relationships with our clients and think that it is very unfair for you to decide to write a review of our business to which there has been no work carried out just a case of miscommunication.

    Damp proofing to 1 wall and front steps

    Arrived a little late due to van break down but I was kept informed. I was given warning when loud/noisy works were to be done. The work was done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard, the men were courteous, quick and tidy, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any one wanting a first rate job done
