    Exterior brick and facade repaired.

    Ashley and his team were simply superb. They were incredibly meticulous. They clearly care about the work they do. There was so much attention to detail. Could not fault anything. Ashley was fantastic to work with. He was great at communicating with us. We intend contacting Ashley for any work we need in the future. Highly recommend.

    Repair of damaged roof tiles.

    Work was done as and when specified, was carried out efficiently and swiftly. Scaffolding was arranged by the company, so it was a single bill. I would use this company again should the need arise.

    Flat roof terrace decking - old stuff removed and new decking laid.

    This builder is a breath of fresh air! Ashley is honest, reliable and does an excellent job with his team. Unusually for a builder, he is also a good communicator which is essential for getting the job right first time and keeping you informed of progress which makes the whole process a lot less stressful. The estimate for the work was good and there was no additional to pay at the end. I was also appreciative of not being asked up front for payment - I felt this proved he would deliver without fail and he did. Thanks for a seamless and pain-free builders experience. Somewhat rare these days!

    Boylans compled the work in excellent time and a fantastic finish the job was over 200 SQM
