    Currently on holiday. Had a leak develop that couldn’t get access to. Antony came at short notice. Removed the area and saved all the tiles of the unit in the bathroom that needed to be removed to gain access.

    Excellent job of fully replacing joists and floor.

    I am really please with the work Tony carried out. I had a sloping floor due to damaged timbers underneath. Tony made a really professional job of taking out the old floor and timbers, putting in a damp proof layer, laying new joists and boards and then adding a new skirting board. At each stage Tony gave talked me through what was there, what he was he felt he needed to do and the cost - and he gave me choices. If I wasn't around he sent me photos. This communication meant a lot to me and gave me confidence. Tony does really careful work and I am more than pleased with the results.
