  Dave came to quote very professional and friendly advised to options available we discussed obstacles regarding conservatory that would require spanning again received a constructive response Price agreed scaffolding erected block paved drive boarded slip delivered work completed by a courteous friendly team within 3 days including removal of skip and scaffolding

  General maintenance and Gutter Replacement

  Alex and Luke did a fantastic job working in hot conditions. They were communicative and open from the outset, explaining in detail what needed doing to two first time buyers without being patronising. The guttering looks amazing and they even installed a water butt we had supplied as part of the job, which wasn't in the original quote and they didn't charge anything extra for. I'd highly recommend AB Roofing if you want a professional job done by friendly, communicative tradesmen.

  Repair and replace soffits and fascias

  Alex has carried out several jobs for us before but this was the biggest. He carried out a detailed initial survey, organised scaffolding, kept in touch with us about work progress and did a great job, repairing where possible, and replacing where necessary. The finished job is fantastic and he cleared up everything very well. While the scaffolding was up, he also removed redundant external wires from around the house (plus P-clips), which has given the exterior of the house a much cleaner look. We were delighted as ever by Alex's workmanship and strongly recommend him to anyone - thank you!

  Really happy with the service provided by Alex and the team after I identified daylight visible in loft space below ridge plate behind rear chimney. Communication was spot on from start to finish — they kept me in the loop, answered any questions quickly, and made the whole process super easy. Would definitely recommend!

  Alex did a fantastic job fixing a stubborn leak that others had failed to repair. He was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled—quickly identifying the issue and explaining the fix clearly.
