Great service from Alan Brown. I originally booked a CCTV drain survey, but when he arrived, he quickly found that the real problem was a blockage. He cleared it and the final cost was lower than I expected. Allan was friendly, explained everything clearly and gave me useful advice on how to look after the drains in the future. I now know exactly who to call if I ever have another problem. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of Allan. Fixed my 90-year-old mum's drain when I wasn't there as I had to leave to go to work before any price was agreed. Sent me wrong bill by mistake, which I paid. Then later contacted me to say it was wrong amount and refunded the difference. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Thanks again, Allan.
