As always, great maintenance service. Turned up spot on time and all done efficiently and professionally.

Annual Maintenance Matt has visited here before to carry out our yearly maintenance check. He is an excellent ambassador for your company- polite, efficient and friendly. We asked him to move one of our sensors, which he did but did explain this would cost us £84. We did feel this was overpriced as it was a simple task, but obviously it was Absolute Alarms pricing. We would also like to add that whenever we phone the local office, the girls are always helpful, efficient and very cheerful. We have been with Absolute Alarms for many years and will continue in the future .

We have been using this company for several years now and always find it is a very fast response to any problem reasonably priced and all the engineers that we have had over the years. I’ve always been very polite and knowledgeable and recently had a service the engineer Keith we have seen several times and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable at his job

Arrived on time and sorted the alarm problem then serviced the system.Nice professional engineer who got on with the job and at the same time kept us informed what he was doing .

We’ve known Absolute Alarms 14 years. Over that period, they installed our first home alarm system and regularly maintained it as per contract. Their pricing is fair, and they are highly reliable, customer friendly people. We have been so pleased with them that this week we invited them back to install our second home alarm system with upto date technology. The installation was carried out highly efficiently by Matt and we are very pleased yet again.
