Easy to communicate with and clear with his expectations. Gave plenty of tips and was supremely honest when he discovered he was accidentally overpaid and didn't hesitate to reimburse . Did a brilliant job in replacing a broken shower tray that was incorrectly fitted. They put down a really solid frame and ensured the new tray was securely fitted. This was a difficult job with complications that only really experienced and professional plumbers could complete. We are really happy with the work and would genuinely give a strong recommendation.
