OUR ENGINEER SAM ARRIVED ON TIME WAS VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE SERVICE HE CARRIED OUT,AND COMPLETED THE WARRANTY RECORD IN THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR MY BOILER.I DID'NT KNOW THAT THIS EVEN EXISTED, SO WELL DONE SAM. GREAT GUY GREAT SERVICE, WILL DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. MANY THANKS. “Absolute Heating” Mr. Orhan Moustafa came in two days, 22nd and 23rd February, in order to fix my boiler. He strongly recommended that the boiler is blocked and impossible to be fixed. Therefore, he recommended, I had to buy a new one. He charged me £600 and took part of the pieces. The second engineer simply fixed my boiler. I believe strongly that he has deceived me, as his client, by being misleading and dishonest: as to recommendation, as to make unnecessary changes, as to the actual price of the pieces, as to overall charges of both pieces and service charge.

Young man asset to your team turns up on time clean work carried out

Arrived on time each day and did what was needed to be done without any quibble even though our house is nearly 100 years old and threw up plenty of curveballs. Always polite and willing to answer questions. Would recommend.

Best service I’ve had in years. A new boiler fitted in “Thank you Orhan” We have a lovely warm home and hot water running smoothly. He kept his working space clean and tidy, was very polite and friendly. I would definitely use the service again .
