I moved into my new flat and wanted the locks on the front door changed. Jimmy was very responsive and changed the locks in a swift and professional manner. He's a very nice gentleman and very helpful. He even helped me out by showing me how to work the strange window mechanism I have so I could fully open the windows! He's very trustworthy and I highly recommend his services.

My mum's very old back door got stuck closed when the lock broke. Mum was nervous to have a tradesman in, as she's on her own, but Jimmy was very reassuring when I rang him, based on his good reviews here. He came, same day and opened the door, making it safe and advising us honestly as to next steps. He kept in touch with me by phone all the way and mum was very happy with his visit, which was a relief. I would definitely recommend.

Work was carried out promptly and with no issues on any of the 5 keys that were provided with the new lock. Would thoroughly recommend.
