Denis should have started on the 15th October but overran on his previous job and pushed us back by one week
During the following 7 weeks Denis missed at least 8 days due to illness or other issues, he also spent a lot of time on the phone dealing with outside concerns
Denis did not complete the job within the timeframe quoted in the end we let him go as he could not start the en-suite due to outside issues and wanted to return in the new year extending the job to 45 days+ Original quote was 30-38

1, I was late starting the job as my previous job had lots of extra work but I kept the customer informed.
2, some of my illness was due to the customer wanting me to work there when they had the Nova Virus ( I caught it ) and a long weekend away for my 50th birthday which the customer already knew about .
3, The kitchen and bathroom took longer than expected because of extra work that the customer requested.
4. I didn’t start the on suite because of concerns that I wouldn’t get paid because of monies still owed for the bathroom ( still waiting).
Please look at all my feedback as I think it’s a reflection of my dedication to do a good job at a fair price and to expect to get paid for all the hard work I have done .
