Contacted John by phone and explained my guttering problem he stated he call round that night. John arrived look at the guttering and informed me that the best way forward is to replace the old square guttering and replace it with half round so it will join next doors guttering better I agreed. Thursday 7 August he phone give a quote and I accepted he stated he would do the replacement Saturday 9 August. He arrived at the time stated and got straight on with the job. He made and excellent job and cleaned up after he finished would recommend John and his team.

John & the team were very professional & diligent ,taking photos to show the state of the roof with several suggestions as to what we could do .With the result of his sound advice we decided to go with replacing half of the roof. Absolute Roof Group worked very diligently to remove old tiles replacing felt and batons etc keeping the surrounds of the house extremely clean & tidy.The same level of professionalism was seen the following day as they completed the work.From start to finish the whole experience was exceptional. A big "thank you" to John and the team. Excellent communication from John, who fitted in an initial visit at short notice to check over some storm-related damage. Turned out that there was a lot of rotten timber that needed replacing, so I opted to have the gable rooflines replaced and upgraded to dry verge. The quote I was given was excellent, and John and his team turned up on the agreed date to get the work done. The work was carried out very professionally and the site was left tidier than it was before work started. Well done all - I'll be back next time I need work doing.

Contacted John and left a message. He replied shortly after and fixed a time to assess the job. He was punctual and completed the repair there and then. He explained the problem prior to the work and I am more than happy to reccomend him to anyone who requires similar work. Importantly he is local to Spennymoor.

From providing a quote to completion of the job John went the extra mile to procure a rubber sheet that would cover the whole roof without joints. He asked when it would be convenient to come and do the work subject to a weather window. He came on the morning (08:00) and worked none stop removing the old felt placing new boards and sticking the new rubber sheet to ensure the boards did not get wet and it was securely adhered. The next day again at (08.00) he returned and applied the trim and finished off. On both days he swept up and disposed of the old felt. Fantastic quality of workmanship.

Excellent service from start to finish got the job done professionally and promptly, the work was to a very high standard guttering looks modern in style with the rest of the building. Highly recommended
