Declan’s communication was 10 out of 10. He was extremely friendly and polite. He diagnosed the issues and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a difficult job as the pipes he was trying to investigate are extremely awkward to access he diagnosed and completed the job with parts in 2 hours. Declan was professional and helpful. He explained the pricing before he came out which I appreciated. He unfortunately didn't have the part I needed so he had to go out to get the part which meant it went into 2 hours work rather than 1 (labour cost is by the hour). He was absolutely certain over the phone our boiler was a complete write off and the warranty would be voided, without even seeing it. Very quick to say he could replace our boiler the next working day. I advised this gentleman that there is a call out charge. Therefore if we attend to his boiler he would have been subject to that charge. He described the problems and I did suggest that he may consider changing it as he did not want to pay a call out fee

Our clients include local authorities such as Stockport and Bury Metropolitan Borough Councils, as well as arm’s length management organisations such as Stockport Homes and Six Town Housing for the procurement of disabled access facilities in the home and in public buildings.
This work includes 'wet room' installations, structural alterations, level access UPVC doors & frames, kitchen adaptations, ramp access and bespoke property extensions.
Whilst this work is important to our business, our core services still remain in the plumbing and heating sector, installing and maintaining heating systems, boilers, electric and gas.
We work closely with mainstream boiler manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch (Accredited Installer) and Vailant (Vailant Advanced Installer).
We will also come prepared with all generic replacement parts for toilets, tap repairs or replacements, leaks and overflowing tanks to expedite all of these small jobs.
All work completed is strictly in accordance with current 'Building Regulations' and all relevant notifications, such gas installations are reported the relevant local 'Building Control' and certificates issued.
