Abstract plans were very helpful even before we decided to proceed. There was more to the application than I had expected and I didn't have to worry about it, they took care of everything...AND we were granted permission. Very happy indeed, Thankyou!

Abstract were extremely helpful and precessional. I called up looking for a structural engineer to visit a property i am purchasing regarding a previously removed chimney breast which had potential structural issues. Within 48 hours I had Ray on site to diagnose the problem and give solid advice on how to approach the repair. I would highly recommend Aspect if you are struggling to find a structural engineering company that is reliable and trustworthy.

Extremely satisfied with Abstract Plans ltd. The great service started from day 1 of planning right through to the end of construction work. I had problems with my builders, Abstract came back again and helped with sight visits and calculations at very reasonable cost. I was not charged anymore than quoted . We used Abstract Plans to plan a first floor side extension. Ray and his team helped guide us the planning process every step of the way. They are extremely professional, friendly and approachable. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge of local planning rules and regulations, are always available to help with your questions and queries and go that extra mile. I can’t recommend Liz and her team enough. They managed the retrospective planning application for my shed retention with clear advice, quick communication, and real professionalism. Even when the council raised questions about fencing that delayed the process, Liz kept me updated, handled everything calmly, and ultimately secured approval. I’m delighted with the outcome.

We have done a number of projects in the past and had the same number of bad experinces with the proffessionals we have instructed.
