Remove existing bathroom fixtures, and replace with new shower, wc, basin, all new tiling and flooring

Used in the past, always a bit unreliable. This time however I contacted him at least 8 times and received promises he would turn up to do the "landlords gas certificate" on one of my properties. The tenant also call and texted him several times as well. I gave him the option that I would get someone else he assured me he would show up. Has become totally unreliable.
Replacement fan on combi boiler.
Excellent response time. Day later boiler fixed and back up and running. Stephen was great with communication and clean and tidy.

Steve and his team were professional and courteous throughout the new installation. Was so impressed with his knowledge and skill. Would never use another gas engineer or plumber again Also his apprentice lewis was amazing shows he has a good teacher and role model. Thanks aburrow plumbing and heating for making me warm again.
