  Work on a grade 2 listed property

  This is the fifth time I have used AC Building services London LTD. I have agreed to listed property in Knightsbridge. Albert is more than capable of taking on any challenge. Albert and his team get the work done on budget and sometimes even quicker than estimated time. He is not afraid to work six days a week if the job requires it.

  Professional, Reliable and Highly Skilled Builder

  We couldn’t be happier with Albert and his team. He is extremely detail-oriented and clearly takes great pride in his work. From plumbing and electrics to carpentry and painting, he managed every part of the renovation to a very high standard. His finishes are precise and beautifully done, and he always thinks about both aesthetics and functionality. The final result looks amazing. He is reliable, hardworking, easy to communicate and truly skilled. It’s rare to find someone who can do everything so well. We would absolutely recommend him.

  Townhouse in Knightsbridge.

  Albert did some work for me on my grade 2 listed property in Knightsbridge. We discussed what I wanted done he made some valid points. We discussed timeframe and price. Albert and his team carried out the work to a very high standard on budget and time scale. I would have no hesitation in calling on Albert to do some more work in the future.

  Complete refurbishment of a Victorian flat

  We found Albert Cota through Checkatrade and liked that he was responsive, professional and with excellent references. He completely refurbished the flat, taking it almost back to its shell, with new kitchen, bathroom, fitted wardrobes, electrics, general maintenance outside and in, soundproofing, flooring, painting, etc. He was reliable, punctual, communicative, hard working, honest and had high quality standards for himself and his brilliant team. We were very happy with his work, he’s a nice person and we trusted him. There seemed to be nothing that he couldn’t do. We highly recommend him.

  Bathroom renovation

  Albert and his team did a fantastic job of my bathroom renovation, I couldn’t be more pleased! Everything was finished to perfection and they worked incredibly efficiently and were brilliantly tidy the whole time. Would highly recommend!
