The work was carried out as agreed. They removed the old dirty insulation , vacuumed the loft and the new insulation was placed .Furthermore they increase the size of our old hatch which was really small and unsuitable for lifting up items . The quality of the wood ladder ?? is sturdy and I’m easy to unfold. The chipboard boarding took a while as the joists were not straight the job was merely completed in one day .(And 2 hrs of another day to fully finished it some Bits ). We are pleased with the work and we are not afraid ?? and embarrassed to open the loft anymore :)!.

Experience from start to finish was great. When they came to quote they were respectful of the properties and put covers over boots to enter the house and also showed ID at the door. I was given advice and suggestions in terms of the work that could and should be done. When booking in the work this was done quickly and efficiently Arrived at the time agreed on the date of installation and work was carried out in full as expected Lovely team, great experience from start to finish
