Ricardo did a great job fixing our loft ladder. We were very pleased because we had feared a complete replacement would be needed. When we do eventually need it replaced, we'll certainly be in touch with him again.

This was a first rate installation, The whole process from first call to finished job was flawless. Ricardo completed the work in two days and after he left the only evidence of his having been here was a beautifully converted loft space. Rang on the morning to warn of a delay, which was good to let us know. Arrived a little later and laid out covers on our carpets and his own door mat to keep ours clean. Proceeded to carry out the planned works, was very polite to my questions and answered them accordingly. When work was completed, tidied up and hoovered any mess created . A very professional, friendly tradesman who has also fitted the same work in my daughters home. I would definately recommend this tradesman for any work you would require.
