Our current loft ladder developed a fault which meant it wouldn’t properly extend. Ionut arrived on time, was friendly and immediately identified the issue and repaired the ladder. He have a quote on how much work it would cost to replace the ladder, which seemed a reasonable price, but then advised we hopefully wouldn’t need the work done after his repair.

The team were excellent, polite, always on time and very tidy. They worked very hard in a small loft space, thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and the standard of the work is excellent. They also listened to any feedback I had about the work and made any adjustments as necessary (position of the light switch, position of the ladder etc). Truly an excellent company that I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for all of your hard work.
