most of my loft was insulated but not safe to walk on so John and his staff boarded the areas necessary for me to access - they were diligent and professional. They cleared up properly and left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming the landing and stairs after taking up their dust sheets. I was delighted with the results and now I have so much more safe and clean storage space.

John was very professional and approachable as were Leo and Stefan who carried out the work quickly and efficiently with no mess. They worked steadily, completed the job in under 7 hours, including breaks. The job is to a good standard and they cleaned up any dust of which there was very little.

The team were efficient, polite, pleasant. They took great care to put down dust sheets and clean up after the job. They showed me exactly what work they had done and did a couple of small additional details. Highly recommend them!

Ionut and his team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He turned up on time for the survey and provided a clear breakdown of costs which was competitively priced versus other quotes. Communication was clear and on the day of installation they wott rt led to a very high standard and left the work area immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

John and his men turned up on time and got to work straight away. They were polite and courteous. The work couldn’t completed as originally planned because of the width between rafters/ location of roof truss etc. But they quickly devised a plan to successfully deliver my loft storage and hatch the same day and for less than originally quoted. The work was done in less than a day and we barely knew they were there. Loft room, landing and stairs all left hoovered immaculately. Would 100% use again.
