After having poor service with another electric door company it was a comfort for this company to comply with all our requests for the garage door installation. From the sales person to the fitters all communication was excellent and really pleased with the quality.

The technician turned up late on the scheduled day (5:15pm) and following a cursory look at the electric door motor, suggested that a replacement was needed but he had brought the wrong model, despite me having specified the model in an earlier phone call. He requested the £30 call-out fee which we paid on the spot. No follow-up to date - no estimate received. Poor service. Suggest avoid this company.

Fast and efficient from survey to installation. Surveyor arrived early, took note of what was needed, knocked out a quote from in his car and was off. Installer arrived a few days later, wasted no time and got the job done in about 2 - 3 hours. One caution for customers - decide before booking how/where you want the operator unit installed and plugged in for power. I was unaware of such considerations and was offered no useful solutions to hook up to my power supply at the time. I had to sort that out myself later. For the price I'd have liked a more complete solution but good job anyway.

Access quoted a very fair price for our new door, continued by being extremely helpful (between quotation and attendance at our home), and did an excellent job of removing and disposing of our old garage door, and installation of the new one, including extra break-in bars and a weather strip, at nominal additional costs.
