Broken up and over garage door mechanics
Had a call and email exchanges with Access very quickly after posting, and booked an engineer to attend site shortly after. All estimates given upfront and in writing. After quick assessment, the problem was identified. Engineer replaced the parts and gave the rest of the door some piling for maintenance, and provided advice on ongoing maintenance. Paid by card, received a fully iterated receipt. Both engineer and customer services were professional and courteous. Good quality job done.

Installation of electricgarage door
This was a smooth process. During the initial assessment certain requirements were made note of and deemed possible. These were carried through to the final installation. The installation itself was quick and no problems were encountered. It was very satisfying that the site was cleared of the old garage door and all rubbish. Communication was excellent with the office and on site personnel. I can highly recommend this company.

From my first phone call to final fitting everyone from Access were so professional and really tried to make the whole process perfect…. And they achieved it with excellent advice and quick fitting … this is an excellent company to trust and feel confident with.

Great experience with AGD
Access Garage Doors came immediately to inspect the door despite it being a Sunday and the weekend of the Kings coronation. Evaluation was quick and the door was ordered immediately. In my case the entire door needed to be replaced. Deposit was 50% on booking, 30% on date confirmation and 20% after services rendered. Communication with AGD was great and responsive. Overall a great experience.
