Adjusted front door and lock
My front door (upvc) had dropped and I had great difficulty in engaging the lock. Rang Access and Paul said he could be with me in half an hour. He arrived on time and only took half an hour to complete the job. My door is now as good as new. Back door sash guards/jammers fitted
Paul was great and gave us a few different options for securing our back door. He was extremely thoughtful and had our best interests at heart in terms of costs rather than suggesting the most expensive option. Conservatory lock removed and replaced. Also fixed issues with the front door.
Andrew was very friendly and professional when initially speaking on the phone. Arrived early and identified the problem quickly. Needed to go and collect a part which was done quickly. All work done for the agreed price. Also Andrew sorted some issues out with the front door which was really appreciated. After being stung before with high call out charges it was such a relief to find a competitively priced locksmith who did exactly what he said he would.
