Excellent job fitting new unit and tiling in downstairs bathroom.
Yan came to view the job and we agreed a price for the work around £2k. We discussed if we were removing the rubble and old fittings - otherwise there would be a further cost. We were able to do this ourselves. Yan is extremely particular and likes to finish the job to a high level. He is a very competent and accomplished in woodwork and tiling. I have no hesitation in recommending him and if you want a reference please get in touch. Yan turns up when he says he will and doesn’t mess you around .
