    Carl visited at the time agreed and had sorted the problem within 30 minutes. He clearly has a wealth of experience dealing with pest control issues and was friendly, courteous and efficient at all times. I will contact him again next season should we have a need to remove any new nests from our loft. Would definitely recommend.
