He was responsive when contacted initially, gave some advice on how to proceed; and, after initially suggesting there’d be bit of a wait, ended up getting a date for the work done very quickly - which was much appreciated. He turned up when he said he would, was pleasant to chat with, and the work seems to have been done to a high level! Will use again, and highly recommend
