  From the initial enquiry at the showroom we received knowledgeable and sound advice. Our needs were appreciated and the evolving design was inspirational and more economical. Timeframes were set and kept to and the end result was excellent . The in house team at Accolade plus subcontractors were polite .efficient and on time. Good project management and communication throughout was very reassuring. Accolade actually care about your requirements and there was always listening ear throughout the process . We would not hesitate to recommend this company .

  Accolade Windows and Conservatories of New Milton are a first class installer and supplier. From the Planning, Surveying, Building, and Completion stages they are highly professional. The very high standard of their product and their work is second to none. Richard and Jan Wyatt are the charming and very helpful owners of this family-run company. Their handsome son Brad is an installer and his work is also first class. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending other people thinking of new uPVC windows, doors, or conservatories to get a quote from Richard Wyatt.

  The work was undertaken in a professional manner and when they discovered a problem, the glass was marked inside the panels, they undertook to get a replacement as a matter of urgency. The replacement was ordered the same day. It is not always the problem that is the concern but they way in which the contractor reacts to sort it out, which Accolade did very effectively.

  Accolade provided the solution to our needs rather than just provide a replacement roof of a similar design as was existing roof as all other installers we got to quote. No pressure sales just great honest discussion and when work start date agreed the team were on time professional tidy and finished on time, all other trades organised and turned up on time and again were friendly and professional. Some small snagging required and dealt with in a timely manner. We are super happy with the results.
