Had Shane visit today to inspect my damp cellar. What a polite and honest chap! Even though he couldn't provide the service I required, he went out of his way to try to diagnose the issue and even recommended I go to a plumber for what needed to be done. If I have any condensation issues down the line, I'll be sure to go straight to him!

Shane came recommended and I was not disappointed with the service received. From the start Shane and his team were reliable. They arrived on time. The job was explained to me clearly. Care was taken to keep the surroundings clean. Everyone was professional and focused so that the work was completed to the time given at the outset. The team then cleaned the area before leaving. An excellent job. I would highly recommend this team .

We are really pleased with the work carried out by Paul and Shane. Our porch looks much better now and we're not worried about it being damp and unhealthy anymore. Great lads.

AC Damp Proofing (Shane and Paul) were two lovely guys, very professional and reasonably priced. They arrived at the time they agreed, they were the cleanest trades I've worked with in a long time taking the time to keep mess to a minimum. Paul responded quickly and came out promptly to assess the problem. We’d previously been told it was rising damp, but he carried out a thorough inspection and clearly explained that wasn’t the case, identifying the real issue as black mould. His advice was honest, straightforward, and not at all pushy. He arranged for the work to be done quickly, and the team were friendly, efficient, and professional throughout. The plastering finish looks brilliant. Paul also reassured us with a 20-year guarantee and was great at answering questions.
