Great service from Ace alarms. Regular contractor for our alarm failed to respond for emergency call out to silence alarm. Rang Ace having got their number from google search. Ace arrived within half an hour ., silenced alarm , and were very efficient and pleasant. Would heartily recommend. We are transferring our servicing of system to Ace.

Ace Alarms have recently taken over the servicing of my home wireless alarm system. I was impressed by their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything. Fantastic. We have had a new alarm installed which is really easy to use with app, fob, tap fob thing and panel options. Customer service has been absolutely fantastic, always prompt and polite, even when the problem is user error! Definitely recommend them!

Excellent. Arrived at the agreed time; did the work (fitting an additional cctv camera and linking it to monitoring system) efficiently and effectively; really friendly and helpful. Plus, an additional last minute extra item was not a problem. Pricing fair. All-in-all, a very good experience, and highly recommended.
