10 Fridge / Freezer Repair

Unreservedly recommended!
The fridge part of my Siemens fridge-freezer stopped working the week before Christmas. The problem was exacerbated by the fact that the model is 15 years old and most of the parts are obsolete! Ace couldn't have been more helpful. In the days before Christmas and the beginning of January they came out three times to try different things and succeeded in mending the fridge. Everyone I spoke to or who came out was helpful and reassuring at a very stressful time. They also contacted me when they said they would - unheard of these days! Grill element.

Oven heating element replacement
Excellent service by Ace Appliances Centre LTD. My double Neff oven tripped a fuse and it stopped working. Didn’t know what the issue was so I called up Ace Appliance Centre who were able to attend within a few days. They were able to identify the part and order a replacement within a week. They had all the right equipment to take unit and replace the faulty part. Price was reasonable and the engineers that attended where courteous. Oven element replacement

Freezer repair and eventual removal and new freezer installed
The freezer wasn't operating well and Ace came to repair it if possible. The repair was temporary and eventually it was decided to replace the freezer and remove the old one.Job location: W49.75 Fridge / Freezer Repair

Repair leaking fridge/freezer
It was an unusual brand, so not common in the UK, so the first guy couldn’t fix the problem but on the second visit the guy was able to. Both were very helpful and polite and I would not hesitate to recommend them, also I would use them for other domestic appliances if the need arises.Verified reviewerJob location: W7
