  Stuff wall

  I hired Paul from Ace Building Services to install a stud wall in my loft room and was very pleased with the result. He was professional, reliable, and clearly experienced from start to finish. Paul listened to what I wanted, offered useful suggestions, and made great use of the space. The workmanship is excellent—the wall is solid, neatly finished, and fits perfectly with the room. He was punctual, kept everything tidy, and completed the job on time and within budget. I’d happily recommend Paul to anyone looking for a dependable builder.

  Extension and patio

  Paul is brilliant. He built an extension and laid a new patio during the wettest Winter. He was here every day no matter the weather. The work was finished to a high standard. He kept within his original quote. We highly recommend him.

  Extensive upgrade works

  We engaged Ace Building to remove a 50 square metre brick and concrete patio and replace it with the walls in preparation for a third party bespoke oak orangery. Once the oak work was complete Paul returned to second fix and finish internally. Paul's work is superb - the surveyor for the orangery company commenting on a pre-installation visit there was hardly any discrepancy in the brickwork being square over a 40 square metre area - something he said was very impressive. All the trades brought in were all very pleasant people all with equally high standards.

  Cladding

  External hardie plank cladding and insulation

  Have already reviewed previously, duplicating to activate guarantee! Paul and his Son were very nice to deal with. Everyone compliments the look of the cladding on our house. Another neighbour will be making contact to have the same done. We had failing masonry and this has sorted out the exterior on one side of our house. Hope to book again.

  Double Carport
