Efficient . Tidy and punctual. Great service from Jo at ace drains. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They came last minute and squeezed me in , they are hard working reliable too .

Turned up on agreed time , looked at the problem with the upstairs toilet and quoted a provisional cost for the repair. Cleared blockage in the manhole in the garden and charged me his provisional quote, well pleased. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

I had to call Joe out as I had a dropped drain joint under my kitchen floor. He came out promptly and repaired the joint without having to dig my kitchen floor up which was such a relief. I would 100% recommend him to anyone he gave me such piece of mind and is a genuine guy!

The man turned up on time and assessed the problems, investigated with camera and pinpointed the areas of damage. He then arranged the removal of broken clay gully and then passed work over to the local water company as per correct process. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would. Unlike the local water authority.

My elderly and housebound father had been left without use of a toilet by his insurance company. Joe was amazing, whilst he himself had no engineers free, he went above and beyond and called a colleague’s company and ensured my dad was sorted. Joe, Ben and mascot Sparky worked diligently whilst replacing a number of drains at our property. Joe and Ben were informative and talked through issues uncovered and action to be taken in lamens terms. We’ve already asked them back to carry out further work and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
