  Emergency Roofing Service

  Great guys. All fixed now!

I left a review on 10 September titled "Be aware". I just wanted to say that Ace exteriors have since been back and fixed the issue with the leaky gutter. Roof looks great! Gutters are now doing the trick. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend them.

  Be aware

Very polite and nice but as soon as they were paid and something went wrong with their work, they never showed up again to fix it. Texted and called multiple times and was told they'll be there next week (no show), then tomorrow (no show). The guttering leaks every time it rains, they left the fascia in a bit of a mucky state.

  Response from Ace-Exteriors

We’re sorry you felt this way. We completed a full new roofing job, to a very good standard, with no issues reported with the main work. The only issue identified afterwards was a small gutter leak. We communicated clearly, explaining that we had to prioritise urgent jobs involving leaks inside customers’ homes, and subsequently returned to rectify the gutter issue properly and apologised for the inconvenience. We always strive to deliver quality work and resolve concerns professionally. We feel “Beware” does not fairly reflect the overall service provided or our commitment to rectifying such

  Dormer / Roof Windows

Great team, extremely efficient and polite

Great work by Tom and team for this job and others. They carried out a dormer roof repair, resolved a persistent leak with a fresh refelt, installed a new domed skylight and installed new gutters. All jobs were done to a high standard, with no issues since. Tom and the team were professional throughout. They were very polite, well-mannered, and clearly experienced. They kept us updated at every stage, were transparent about the work needed and costs involved, and left the site clean and tidy each day. Would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done properly

Excellent Service and Outstanding Roofing Work

I couldn't be happier with the service from Ace Exteriors. They came out quickly to give me a free, no-obligation quote and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The roofing work was completed to a really high standard, and the team were friendly, professional, and left everything clean and tidy. Great communication and excellent customer service throughout. I'd definitely use Ace Exteriors again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again for a brilliant job!

  Great team

Really knowledgeable team. We’ve used Ace exteriors on our flat roof and also on the main roof and both times they did the job quickly and efficiently. We’ve had to call them back a few times and the are always happy to pop back. Would highly recommend.
