Guy came out with the replacement part and I helped with the cover removal and refitting. Took about 45 minutes. When the bill came for £162 Labour and spare part were listed but not individually priced. I emailed a request for an itemised price bill but got no reply. I rang in the end and was told 2 straps had been fitted but I knew it was only one. No apology but eventually refunded £15. Though the replacement worked I believe their charge ifo the work is excessive and won’t be using them again

Upon 1st enquiry this customer was told the price of the call out charge, upon visiting site and determining what was wrong with the door which was snapped straps. We then gave this customer a price on replacing with which he agreed upon. The cost charge was an initial call out charge plus the charge for parts and charge for labour, which was agreed upon by him. Once the job was completed and the door was back up and working he didn’t mention anything to our fitter he would phone the office and pay. Once he had the parts and his door was working that was then when he started to question the price. I do not agree with his comments or score and if he calls us back we would not be going back.
