Horrible experience
I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience we've had. Craig came to fix our gate, couldn’t complete the job, didn’t see it through, and still charged us an unreasonable amount. We ended up paying just to never hear from him again. Also, be wary of anyone who leaves glowing reviews for themselves—note that Craig left a 5-star review for his own services. I strongly recommend staying away from this business. The experience felt exploitative and aggressive.

Craig came out the same day when our fuse kept tripping.
I called Craig when my fuse kept tripping without any apparent reason. He responded to me straight away and tried diagnosing the problem over the phone and talked me through several options to try. When we realised it was more complex, he was able to come out on the same day and was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, talking us through each step and providing fantastic communication and customer service throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a friendly and reliable electrician!

Replace a bathroom fan and light. Replace a hall light pendant and a electrical socket.
Craig was punctual and professional. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.
