I contacted Ace Rapid Clean via the website and they got back to me extremely promptly. On the day Sam arrived dead on time and just cracked on with it. He kept everything tidy and had finished in a couple of hours. Sam pointed out a mark that could not be removed, explained how long it would take to completely dry left everything tidy. Would highly recommend and will call him back when my carpets need cleaning.
