Billy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process he took detailed photos at each stage of the work and walked us through everything step by step, explaining the issues in a way that was easy to understand. He also works with his own scaffolder, who was just as impressive quick to get everything set up and very polite. The whole experience was stress-free, well organised, and carried out to a high quality.

We are really pleased with the excellent work that Billy did on our roof. He worked so hard and achieved excellent results. He was polite, and was extremely helpful. Would now always come back to him.

Billy and Jake are excellent roofers, a pleasure to have around, hard working, conscientious and efficient. Great communication at all times and friendly, appreciated by our neighbours for their courtesy! They replaced our underfelt, batons, and matched the original tiles very quickly, doing the job as quickly as possible and at the most competitive overall cost. Billy works with a local family-owned scaffolding company who are reliable and rapid at assembling and taking down the scaffolding, it won't be sitting around for weeks!

Billy and his team carried out a flat roof repair along with a skylight installation for us, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They were polite, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was explained clearly, the job was completed to a high standard, and the process was completely stress-free. We recently had a leak in our roof, and Billy and his team were incredible from the moment they arrived.
