Washing machine drum wasn't going round. Would cost more to repair so supplied new one.
10Excellent service, the gentleman that came out was courteous and very helpful explaining the costings. Because it would be better for me to have a new washing maching, he priced one up like for like, and gave me some time to look around. All I had to pay was the call out fee, which was taken off the new machine. When I went ahead with a new one he delivered, installed and recycled and took all packaging away. Would definately use this company again.
