  Fire Doors Installation

  Replacement of flat entrance door with a fire compliant one

  Mark and his colleague showed up on time and completed the job in a day. I am very pleased with my new door so I recommend this service. Mark was also flexible on rescheduling at the very last minute. only thing to keep an eye on: they weren't super careful when painting and some paint drop went on my floor and kitchen sink, and the wall also has quite a scratch on it that needs to be fixed. That's why I am leaving a 8 and not a 10

  Great service. I contacted Ace Windows and Doors about a window repair and they got back to me within 24 hours and their tradesman, Joe attended the next day. He was great, very personable and talked through the issue. He did not have the part required to fix it in his van but drove to Croydon that afternoon to get it, returned and fitted it in 10 minutes - thanks again!

  Bifold Doors Repair

  Bifold ‘traffic’ door not locking securely

  We called ACE as our ‘traffic’ door on our bifold doors was not locking securely. Mark conducted a virtual assessment to establish the nature of the problem. When ACE did visit we found Joe (the specialist Mark sent) to be extremely personable, engaging, knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. When it came to fitting the new part, our bifold doors have never worked better. Joe kept us regularly informed and left things extremely neat and tidy after both visits. Joe was extremely professional, courteous and hard working. I would have no hesitation in recommending ACE to anyone.
