  We are very pleased with our smart front door. Lawrence's work was meticulous and the door fits perfectly in the existing frame. Mark was excellent at answering our many questions and making sure that we had all the right accessories and information for the fire inspection. It is great to find a such a professional team with pride in their work.

  Mark and his team is very professional. Mark came soon after we decided what kind of make and design of the door we would want. He did all the measurements and the door arrived slightly earlier than we expected. They were able to install it the next day after the door has arrived. The installation was good. Lawrence and Ronnie did an excellent job on it. They were friendly and tidy. And they know what they are doing. We love the finish of our new door. Mark was on holiday but he messaged me at the end of the day to make sure everything is alright as well. They are a well responsible team.

  Communication was excellent and prompt. Attended at the time agreed - and were able to bring the visit forward as I needed an earlier time. Accommodating and reliable. Did a good job and were tidy. They charged what they said. I would definitely recommend to anyone installing bifold doors.

• New composite front door

  Ace windows and doors fitted our new composite front door. Mark had great communication and was friendly and happy to help throughout the whole process from quoting and going through the various options for colour and style, through to supply and fit of the new door, which looks great! I was kept updated throughout with how my order was going and when I could be booked in for fitting. Clean and tidy on fitting and we are very happy with the job. Highly recommend.

  Mark installed a upvc door, side window and window. My overall experience from start to finish has been very positive. Mark kept me up to date with the progress of my order and communication was great throughout. The install of the new door and windows was done to a very high standard and the finish and look is superb. The guys done an amazing job and we’re very through and tidy and clean. I would highly recommend Ace, very professional outfit with great service and great prices

• Two new window panes

  Company called me back immediately after my initial enquiry. I sent them photos of my old window panes which were letting moisture in. I got a quote back straight away. The company came straight over, took their shoes off before walking on my carpet (thank you!) took measurements and my new glass panes were ready in well under a week. Mark and his firm kept me up-to-date, fitted the new panes today and all members of Mark's company were tidy and polite. I would definitely recommend Ace
