Alex promises too much and doesn't deliver. He hasn't stuck to his words or any agreement. He claims I am controlling and selfish because I asked him to stick to our agreement, the price he asked I agreed right away. He left me with unusable condition bathroom. Doesn't look after the place he works in. And when he called the job off, he started being aggressive and completely unprofessional.

Main reason for calling off the job.
•I have repeatedly asked for insurance details for invoice reasons which I was told on each occasion rudely it will be going through him (against protocol)
•When I said to the customer I wouldn't be able to work on the Sunday because I was going to visit my mother's grave after 3 weeks since she was buried I was told very rudely and very abruptly that I wouldn't be doing that I shall be working at his premises, I had arranged for a member of my team to go instead but apparently that wasn't good enough because he didn't want a team member in the premises (I don't wish to be talked to or treated that way by anyone)
I found the client rude which led me to feel dis hearted and very uncomfortable.
