Unfortunately my husband drilled through the hot water feed pipe in our downstairs loo which to be fair to him he'd previously put two other shelves up in virtually the same place. I called Florin and he came out the next day to repair the leak, he's always very professional and courteous. He installed our boiler a few years ago and we always get him to do the yearly service. Prices are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend 🙂

I had a great experience with ACF Plumbing. Florin came out to check my boiler, which had been losing pressure. He explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. He was very professional throughout the visit and worked neatly, leaving everything clean when he finished. So far, everything seems to be working perfectly. I contacted Florin first thing as our expansion vessel on the cylinder had failed and water was leaking downstairs through our front room ceiling. By 11am Florin had arrived and sorted the issue within an hour. We have used ACF for previous plumbing disasters we've encountered. I can honestly say I feel so much relief knowing I have a company I can trust and rely on when these things happen. Professional, timely, tidy and very knowledgeable. you get updates when they're on their way, and nothing is too much trouble.

We used ACF previously to fix an issue with our previous boiler, when it broke again, we contacted ACF. Florian explained that the new part was expensive and it was easier to replace the old boiler (it was 14 yrs old). When a van breakdown, meant it couldn't be fitted on the arranged date, they kept us informed and arranged for it to be fitted a couple of days later. Florian spent 4 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning taking out the old boiler and fitting the new one, including replacing some old pipework. A+ service.
